Direct Delivery Clay Website

On our main website www.ctmpotterssupplies.co.uk we sell the full range of materials, tools, equipment, wheels, glazes, and clay that you would expect. This website is designed to give as much information as possible on the clays we supply by the pallet and to explain the direct delivery prices and extra costs for areas other than central UK. Direct Deliveries of Clay

All the prices on this website include delivery by tail lift vehicle to your address. Some areas may need an extra charge - see below. The driver is only insured to move the pallet a few feet on a completely flat surface - anything more than that is the customers responsibility although we have heard that some drivers have given a lot of help (others not).

Please note that if you take more than one clay from one manufacturer (Valentines and Scarva clays count as one manufacturer and can be on the same pallet) we give a discount of £15 off each clay on the same pallet.

Extra Charges

VAT needs to be added on to all prices (with certain exceptions)

Payment is by debit card over the phone or by email. Credit cards or business cards are an extra 2.5%

From 22nd April the following incur an extra cost on top of the listed prices:

Postcodes W1, WC, DG, EH, FK, G, KA1-26, 29, 30, KY, ML, PA1-19, TD: £8 per full pallet extra + VAT; £5 per half or quarter pallet extra + VAT. 
Highlands postcodes AB10-56, DD, IV1-39, 52-54, 63, KW1-14, PA21-38, PH1-41: £23 per full, half or quarter pallet extra + VAT.
Highlands postcodes IV41-51, 55-56, KA28, PA20, 41-49, 60-78, PH42-44: £60 per full, half or quarter pallet extra + VAT. 
Isle of Lewis postcode HS: £60 per full, half or quarter pallet extra + VAT. 
Isle of Shetland postcode ZE: £140 per full, half or quarter pallet extra + VAT.
Isle of Orkney postcode KW15-17: £140 per full, half or quarter pallet extra + VAT.
Isle of Man postcode IM: £110 per full pallet extra + VAT; £65 per half or quarter pallet extra + VAT.
Isle of Wight postcodes PO30-41: £25 per full, half or quarter pallet extra + VAT.
Channel Islands: £70 per full, half or quarter pallet extra - no VAT payable at all for deliveries to the Channel Islands.
Northern Ireland BT postcodes: £35 per full, half or quarter pallet extra + VAT.
Dublin or County Donegal: £45 per full, half or quarter pallet extra + VAT.
The rest of Eire: £55 per full, half or quarter pallet extra + VAT.
Customers from Eire - if you have a VAT number we do not need to charge you UK VAT.
We think this covers everywhere 
If you ask for a specific day it is an additional £15 per pallet + VAT
